Published annually since 2003 the report is a recognised source of labour-related data, analysis and forecasts.

The report based on full year data for 2009 provides the most up-to-date picture of labour cost levels and trends in the region. The Edition 2010 includes extended comparison of labour costs for the manufacturing sector’s sections and divisions. An essential part of the report is a five-year forecast of labour costs and earnings trends in the region’s 13 economies.

Research and conclusions are based on the latest available data and estimates, aiming at providing the most complete picture allowing direct comparisons of cost levels in different countries.

The report contains:

Comparative analysis of gross and net earnings, labour costs and labour-related taxes.
Analysis of earnings and costs on a regional level, by ownership, by sectors of the economy and by sub-sections and divisions of the manufacturing sector.
